Characterization Of Human Performance: Facet Motivation, Fatigue, And Attitude

Abstract

Human performance is one of the main factors in the growth of an organization or institution. While the performance of each individual has different characteristics between one another. Facet motivation, fatigue, and attitude are factors affecting the character of one’s performance. The importance to harmonize characteristics to achieve development goals of an institution is highly required, therefore, this study was focused on describing teachers’ human performance activities, facet motivation, fatigue, and attitude, in which their correlations were examined through a quantitative analysis. This study is a mixed-methods research that combines the elements of qualitative and quantitative approaches. Description results of performance (human performance) of teachers reviewed from facet motivation, fatigue, and attitude—are results of interviews and observations towards teachers in several schools in East Java. The results will be grouped into the same characteristics, then, the correlations of those variables are examined by using LISREL version 8.80.
