Abstract

The Covid-19 situation has made school leaders encounter challenges without prior experiences. Their ways of administering have changed considerably and momentary. Leading during this hard time needs the ability to overcome various impediments in order to survive amid complexity of the pandemic. An essential character of current school leaders is being able to empower others to get through the situation. Additionally, running a school in crisis requires more than generating solutions to problems in usual situations. School leaders must engage in relentless crisis which require support and cooperation from stakeholders. School leaders also need a high degree of trust to ensure the success of the organization.
