Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between polytechnic knowledge management and polytechnic-industry innovation performance, polytechnic-industry collaboration management and polytechnic-industry innovation performance, knowledge management on polytechnic-industry collaboration management. This research method is a quantitative method. The object of research is a polytechnic lecturer in Indonesia. The research sample was 130 respondents of polytechnic lecturers. This study's sampling method used a non-probability sampling method, using convenience sampling. Next, the data collection was conducted using a questionnaire using a 5-point Likert scale. After the data was collected, the research instrument was examined through validity, reliability tests and hypothesis testing. The analysis tool was SEM-PLS using the SmartPLS 3.3.3 software. The questionnaires were distributed online through google-form, that is by providing direct and feasible questionnaires. Based on statistical data analysis, it is concluded that polytechnic-knowledge management has a positive and significant effect on innovation performance, Polytechnic-Industry collaboration management has a positive and significant effect on Innovation Performance, Knowledge Management has a positive and significant effect on polytechnic-industry collaboration management. The novelty of this research is a model of Polytechnic Knowledge Management, Polytechnic-Industry Collaboration Management and Polytechnic-Industry Innovation on Indonesian Polytechnics
