Abstract

In light of the Corona pandemic, the study sought to determine the obstacles and challenges that field training students faced during their training (Princess Alia University College students, specializing in child education). Data was gathered via a questionnaire. The participants in the study were (150) male and female trainees in the field of child education. Its findings concluded that there is a shortage of available materials as one of the main needs for the success of the training process, and this is the biggest obstacle for the trainees; schools are not interested in cooperating with trainees, and this demonstrates the role of school students in the lack of cooperation with trainees; supervisors' requirements are higher than the trainees' capabilities, with a lack of supervisory assistance. The researcher recommended that there is a necessity for trainers to take the difficulties and challenges presented in this research into account to further develop field training.
