Literature Review on Social Responsibility of Fdi Enterprises in Vietnam

Abstract

Social responsibility is interested by many researchers in Vietnam and around the world. This focuses on analyzing the current situation of research on social responsibility of FDI enterprises in Vietnam in the following specific contents: Researches on connotation of corporate social responsibility are widely discussed in this article. The article also analyzes secondary data that is accomplished by figures, statistic data, as well as foreign theoretical points of reports and research documents on CSR of FDI enterprises in Vietnam conducted by domestic and individuals and entities. A questionnaire based survey is analyzed with a 2-stage Data Enveloped Analysis (DEA) is developed by utilizing the quantitative approach of different number of samples. The outcome of this study delivers significant managerial implication for understanding the significances of the firm.
