Abstract

     Organizational innovation is the process of combining knowledge, skills, and creativity with the management ability of entrepreneurs to create a competitive advantage in being an innovative business or Introducing new business models. Innovation, and Innovative Culture.  Factors contributing to successful innovation were people, customers/clients, and management processes. Therefore, creating an innovative organization must consist of three important factors: (1) There is a clear vision, mission, objectives, goals, and strategies. (2) Executives are committed to pushing for the creation of an innovative culture within the organization and focus on human resource development. And (3) the importance of welfare Creating a happy atmosphere for employees and a workplace environment that will facilitate creative work processes. In addition, the key strategy for creating an innovative organization for sustainable success is as follows; (1) Clearly define the vision, mission, goals, direction, strategy, organizational style, and operational methods of the organization.  (2) Strengthening, motivating, motivating, and motivating personnel to be committed to doing their jobs in harmony with and coordinating with other internal and external agencies. (3) Build a network of connections between teams and various bodies of knowledge both within and outside the organization. And (4) Leaders have innovative visions, are ready to support change and adjust the mindset in the organization.
