Role’s Organizations Driving The Innovation To Human Resource Management And Development To Being HR Innovation

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the best-practiced organization on how to develop oneself to become a model innovation organization, in this case, analysis, SCB Academy and Tesla Motor Company. The finding found that (1) The SCB Academy workgroup received the highest innovation in human resource management and development (Gold Award) in the Thailand HR Innovation Award 2021 project from 4 leading institutions in the country. This time, the government and the private sector create integrated benefits, which means that SCB can meet the needs of the organization in becoming a Data Champion or a leader in creating a corporate culture in using data to create the success of the organization to occur in every department. And (2) Tesla Motor Company is well known and specialized in innovative electric vehicle manufacturing, including the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in driving technology like Autopilot by Tesla's performance and innovation strategy, focusing on transforming the automotive industry as a whole, there are lasting lessons for innovators, especially in terms of how to get support for new ideas and how to bring technology to market.
